Powder the herbs, mix with three times their weight of clarified Honey, dissolve in the Cassia pulp, adding the Castoreum and Niter towards the end.
Function:
Purges Phlegm, Damp, Bile and Water from the Head and Joints
Use:
1. Headache
2. Lethargy

5. Sciatica
6. Pain of the Uterus from Phlegm and Damp; (probably useful for Fibroids)
7. Indigestion from Damp and Phlegm
Dose:
1 scruple–1 dram (begin with small doses or 1 scruple–1⁄2 dram)

This is quite an elegant formula considering the strong medicines it combines. Mezereon, Arum, Agaric, Euphorbium, Scammony and Colocynth are all potent medicines for purging Phlegm and Damp. Here, they are adequately corrected with Mastic, Tragacanth, Cassia pulp and Honey.
Cautions:
1. Avoid in Pregnancy
