Preparation:

Prepare a standard Infusion

Function:w

Clears Wind and Heat, moves Qi, stops Spasms

Use:

1. Stress and Tension Headaches
2. Spasms
3. Mild Insomnia
4. Restlessness, Irritability in children
5. Beginning stages of Cold and Flu
6. Menstrual pain

Dose:

a cupful several times daily

Cautions:

None noted

Modifications:

1. Orange or Mandarine peel may be used in place of Orange leaf
2. The Chinese Chrysanthemum Ju Hua can be used for Chrysanthemum.
