Powder, and mix with an equal weight of Rosemary Sugar

Function:

Warms, moves Qi

Use:

1. Hysteria, PMS
2. Amenorrhea

3. Dysmenorrhea from Cold
4. Also may be used for Lethargy, Mental Dullness and Poor Memory associated with Cold and Damp

Dose:

1 1⁄2 drams
