Function:

Strengthens Digestion, Moves Qi

Use:

1. Digestive weakness with bloating, flatulence
2. Colic
3. Abdominal masses (Gulma)
4. Wind diseases

Dose:

1–3 grams, 2–3 times daily, taken with Ghee

Cautions:

Not used during Pregnancy
