3. Blood Stagnation
Dose:
1⁄2–1 dram with wine
Cautions:
None noted
Modifications:
1. A better proportion would be Rhubarb (1 dram), Shilajit (2 scruples), Madder (1 scruple).
2. Myrrh and Frankincense and can be added
3. A version from Augustine Dispensatory add Sealed Earth and Dragon’s Blood

The doses given for Shilajit and Madder seem too small. It is possible that Scruple is meant in place of Grain. In any case, a larger proportion would be beneficial.
