Preparation:

Boil down to half in water, or preferably bone-broth

Function:

Settles Wind, Strengthens the Spleen

Use:

1. Headache from Wind-Phlegm
2. Indigestion from Wind; Bloating, Colic
3. Bene
fits Sight

Dose:

A cupful can be taken 2 or 3 times daily.
