Preparation:

Powder and form Pills.

Function:

Settles Wind, Regulates Qi

Use:

Wind diseases in general, especially affecting the upper body and head.

1. Palpitations
2. Tachycardia
3. Arrhythmia
4. Weakened breathing
5. Insomnia
6. Wind attacking the bones and joints
7. Wind and Cold of the Heart, Stomach, Lungs and Throat
8. Anemia
9. Eye diseases with discharge from Wind
10. Clouding of the Senses

Dose:

2–3 grams with warm water twice daily

Modifications:

A Buryat version replaces Nutmeg and Iron with Licorice and Long Pepper.
