Preparation:
Pound them all well together, then with 3 oz. of Sugar, make a confection.
Function:
Moves the Blood, clears Phlegm, resolves Swellings
Use:
1. Fibroids
2. Scrofula
3. Lymphadenitis
4. Sclerosis of the Organs
Dose:
1⁄2–1 dram, twice daily with wine, beginning with 1⁄2 dram and increasing if required
Cautions:
1. Cyclamen is toxic in overdose.
2. Not be used in the young, weak or pregnant.
Modifications:
1. Arum could replace Cyclamen
