Preparation:
Boil it to a thick consistency (thickness of a Julep); traditionally it was aromatised by adding 3 grains of Ambergris and 1 grain of Musk towards the end.

Strengthens the Heart, benefits the Qi, benefits the Spirit
Use:
1. Heart weakness
2. Low Spirits
Dose:
1⁄2–1 or 2 oz.
