* NOTE: an Aureos is the weight of a Gold coin. It was originally 8.18 grams, but successive Emperors reduced the weight down to about 6 grams, approximately 1 1⁄2 drams.

Preparation:

Decoct in 7 lbs to the third part; give with honey or penids

Function:

Clears Cold Phlegm, stops Cough and Wheezing

Use:

1. Asthma from cold, thick Phlegm
2. Asthma Wheezing or Cough with de
ficiency

Dose:

a small cupful twice daily.
