Marrubium vulgare

Glycyrrhiza glabra

equal parts

Preparation:

Decoct in water down to half, strain and add Honey

Function:

Stops Cough and Wheezing, Clears Phlegm, Opens the Lungs

Use:

1. Cough
2. Asthma

Dose:

Take a warm draught twice daily
