Beat them, then seethe them in wine.
Function:

Use:
various types of Stomach and Abdominal Pain
Dose:
While it is still warm, wet a sponge or cloth with it, and apply to the place. They may also be sewn into a bag which can be moistened with wine and heated on a hot brick or in an oven. It may be taken internally in doses of 2–4 oz. or more.
