Barberry bark

Berberis vulgaris

Agrimony

Agrimonia eupatoria

Poplar bark

Poplar nigra

1 oz. ea.

Preparation:

Add to 5 pints water and boil half an hour. Strain, let cool, and clarify. Then add 1⁄2 teaspoonful Cayenne.

Function:

Opens the Liver, clears Heat, removes Obstruction

Use:

1. Jaundice
2. Hepatitis
3. Liver obstruction

Dose:

take a wineglassful 4 times daily
