Preparation:
Steep the Guiacum wood and bark in 10 lbs. water for 24 hours, then decoct until one-third has gone. In the meantime steep the other herbs in warm white wine for 24 hours, then strain and mix with the strained Decoction. Add 1⁄2 lb. sugar and 1 oz. Cinnamon.
Function:
Clears Wind and Damp, relieve Swelling and Pain, strengthens the Spleen
Use:
1. Joint pain.
2. Arthritis
3. Rheumatism
Dose:
a small cupful twice daily.
