* Frankincense and Myrrh are stir-fried with Vinegar
** Pyrite should be processed into powder

Preparation:

Powder and form Honey pills

Function:

Moves the Blood, clears Stasis, reduce Swelling and eases Pain

Use:

1. Traumatic injury; Sprain, Strain
2. Bruising
3. Pain of a fixed, stabbing nature
4. Hematoma
5. Dislocation
6. Fracture

Dose:

3–6 grams, twice daily, with wine or warm water

Cautions:

Not used during Pregnancy

Modifications:

1. It can be enhanced by adding Safflower and Peach kernel
2. Blood clumping, marked Blood stasis, add Rhubarb
3. Headache from Blood stagnation, increase the dose of Chuan Xiong
4. Significant pain, add Corydalis Yan Hu Suo
