Preparation:

Powder the herbs, and with three times their weight of sugar (or Honey), form an Electuary.

Function:

Clears Cold Phlegm, benefits the Lungs and Stomach

Use:

1. Cough from Cold-Phlegm
2. Sore Throat and Hoarseness from Wind-Cold or Cold Phlegm
3. Cold diseases of the Head
4. Cold-Phlegm diseases of the Lungs
5. Pleurisy

Dose:

1–2 drams
