Essence or Spirit of Valerian

Valeriana officinalis

Preparation:

Powder and with Syrup of Betony, form an Electuary.

Function:

Tonifies Qi, moves Qi, clears Damp, strengthens the Head and Senses

Use:

1. Poor or Failing Eyesight
2. Tonic to keep the Eyes strong

Dose:

2 drams morning and night
