Preparation:
Combine the Manna, Cassia pulp and Penids to form a paste with the consistency of Honey, then add the rest in powder and form an Electuary.

* Mezereon is prepared by steeping in vinegar for 3 days, changing the vinegar daily, then drying.
Preparation:
Powder and mix with three times their weight of clarified Honey to form an Electuary.
Function:
Opens Obstructions, clears Damp-Heat, purges Water
Use:
1. Edema from Damp-Heat
Dose:
2–4 drams
Comment:
Note that the Indian Electuaries of Mesue were far more commonly used and are quite different formulas.
Cautions:
1. Avoid overdose
2. Avoid in Pregnancy
