Form a standard Infusion

Function:

Regulates Qi and Blood, clears Deficient Heat, calms the Nerves

Use:

Menopausal symptoms (Hot flushes, Night sweats, Restlessness, Insomnia, Melancholy etc)

Dose:

a cupful twice daily, taken cool for hot flushes and sweating
