Preparation:

Bruise and steep in boiling water 1 liter. Strain and add Honey.

Function:

Clears Phlegm and Damp, stops Cough, promotes Urine

Use:

1. Cough
2. Bronchitis

3. Hemoptysis
4. Consumption
5. traditionally regarded as useful for ‘Lung Ulcers’ 6. Dysuria
7. traditionally used for Diabetes
8. Arthritis
9. Lumbago
10. Rheumatism

Dose:

a cupful 2 or 3 times daily
