Liver Cold, Phlegm
Coldness of the Liver, or Phlegm Humor obstructing the Liver were Traditional Western syndromes noted in some medical texts. This refers to a Cold and Weakness of the Liver which affects the Stomach, Heart and whole Body. It is akin to Liver Blood deficiency in TCM, or Coldness of the Liver. In the former, Blood tonics are used, the latter Warming medicines.
