Liver Obstruction
“Liver Obstruction” is a term used in the Western Tradition. It is associated with both Qi and Blood Stagnation of TCM. Cases with mild discomfort in the upper right abdomen that comes and goes, distention, as well as possible other symptoms including indigestion or a sense of anxiety are related to Qi stagnation. More chronic cases with stabbing Pain are associated with Blood Stagnation.
