Function:
Clears Phlegm, resolves Masses
Use:
1. Scrofula
2. Lymphatic swellings
3. May also be useful for Goiter
Dose:
‘give a nutshell full in water’; it would be best to start with a lesser dose, increasing as needed and depending on tolerance.
Cautions:
1. Avoid overdose.
2. Not used in the children, the very weak, or during pregnancy.
Modifications:
Aloe could replace Scammony and Turbith could replace Euphorbium, making it milder and more applicable in modern day use.
