* Pearl and Coral are used in Pishti form–levigated with Rose water
** The three shells are used in Bhasma form (burnt, or formed into ash)
*** Red Earth is washed well
**** Tinospora Starch

Preparation:

Mix the powders and form Pills of size 125mg.
Regularly available in tablet form today.

Function:

Clears Stomach Heat, Stops Leakage and Bleeding

Use:

1. Chronic acidity, heartburn
2. Gastritis
3. Stomach ulcers
4. Colic pains
5. Diarrhea with Blood
6. Fever (from excess Bile)
7. Lekorrhea
8. Heavy menstrual bleeding
9. Other types of Bleeding from Heat
10. Diabetes

Dose:

125–250mg twice daily
Stomach Heat take with Milk or Buttermilk
Female disorders take with Rice rinse water
Diabetes, take with Long Pepper

Cautions:

1. Avoid overdose or long-term use
2. Best avoided in Pregnancy
