Preparation:
Dissolve the Gum in vinegar, add the others in powder and form pills.
Function:
Moves the Blood, clears Phlegm, reduces Swelling, resolves Tumors
Use:
Used for Hardness and Fibrosis of the Liver. It may be used for Fibrosis of other organs also.
Dose:
Take 1 dram every second day, taking some strengthening medicine on the day in between
Cautions:
None noted
Modifications:
1. The Troches Praised for Liver Hardness are comprised of Gum Ammoniac and Saffron. Saffron would therefore be a good addition.
