Uses:

1. Clears Wind-Damp, Unblocks Channels:

-Wind-Cold-Damp obstruction of the muscles and joints
-Stiffness and pain of the joints
-lower back and knee pain
-Cramps and Spasms of the Muscles
-Pain from Trauma

2. Warms the Stomach, Moves Qi:

-abdominal distention
-also for hernial disorders

Dose:

Powder: 1–3 grams
Decoction: 6–12 grams

3. Wind-Damp-Cold Arthritis and Joint pain, Piper kadsura Hai Feng Teng with Gentiana Qin Jiao, Angelica Du Huo, Dang Gui, Cinnamon twig (Gui Zhi)
4. Traumatic pain and swelling, Piper kadsura Hai Feng Teng with Saliva Dan Shen, Safflower (Hong Hua), Artemisia anomala Liu Ji Nu.
