Nutmeg

Myristica fragrans

White Amber

Succinum alba

1⁄2 oz. ea.

Clove

Eugenia caryophyllus

1 1⁄2 drams

Citron seed

Citrus medica

Distilled Cinnamon oil

Cinnamonum zeylanicum

1 scruple ea.

Preparation:

Powder the herbs, add the Amber in fine powder, then add the Cinnamon oil, mix well, allow to dry, then powder and keep for use.

Function:

Moves Qi and Blood, clears Stasis, benefits the Brain and Nerves

Use:

1. Apoplexy
2. Epilepsy
3. Vertigo

Dose:

1 scruple–1⁄2 dram, or 2 scruples.
