Function:
Moves the Blood, clears Blood Stasis
Use:
Used for Stagnant Blood in the Chest. This was noted to be often caused when treating medicines that stop Spitting of Blood. It may also be caused by trauma to the Chest. It may be used for Blood Stagnation in other parts also.
Dose:
1⁄2–1 dram in wine.
Cautions:
None noted
Modifications:
1. It is stronger if Saffron is added
2. It is also stronger if burnt Sponge is added (Wirtzung)
