Preparation:
Powder the herbs, then mix with the Sugar
Function:
Warms, moves Qi, stimulates Digestion
Use:
1. stimulates Appetite and Digestion (taken before food)
2. relieves Wind, Colic, Bloating, Indigestion, Acid Reflux (taken after food)
Dose:
1 teaspoonful with each meal which may be taken with an infusion of Peppermint, Fennel or fresh Ginger
