1–2 grams with warm water

Modifications:
This can be used for a variety of diseases caused by Ama, the toxic residue of undigested food (similar to Damp of TCM). According to Ayurveda, a large number of diseases are instigated by Ama. Ginger in particular helps digest and break down Ama.
