Use:
1. Excess Menstrual Bleeding
2. Uterine Bleeding
3. Calms the Mind and Nerves in Headache, Irritability, Restlessness, Insomnia etc.
Dose:
1 scruple–1 dram in a suitable vehicle

None noted
Modifications:
Often Pearl and Coral are combined. This source listed Mother-of-Pearl which is an accepted substitute for Pearl.
