Galbanum is an aromatic resin of the same family as Asafetida, and is native to Iran, Afghanistan, Turkistan and Kazakhstan. It has a distinctive aromatic, balsamic and woody auroma along with some earthiness.
It is important in Traditional Medicine, Perfumery and Incense.
Our Galbanum is of premium quality and has a fine scent.

Galbanum typically has a small amount admixture of the plant from which it is derived, including seed, twigs and bark.
