Preparation:

Take the fresh stems of Gududhi (Tinospora) and prepare a paste. Mix in the prepared Bhallataka (Semecarpus) and Vatsanabha (Aconite). Then add the remainder in powder and mix in a stone mortar. Add enough Cow Urine to form a paste and mix in the mortar for 12 hours. Then form pills of 125mg each.

Function:

Clears Wind, resolves Phlegm and Damp, Resists Poison

Use:

1. Resolves Ama (toxic residue of unidigested Food)
2. Fever including chronic Low-Grade Fever
3. Cold, Flu and other acute Viral infections
4. Was used during COVID-19 pandemic
5. Cholera, Typhoid (very effective)
6. Upper Respiratory tract infection
7. Gastroenteritis
8. Snake bite (750mg dose)
9. Indigestion
10. Nausea and Vomiting.
11. Abdominal pain and cramp
12. Recently used for Irritable Bowel Sydrome and Ulcerative Colitis.

Dose:

Adults: 125 to 375 mg (1 to 3 tablets), twice daily (thrice daily in severe cases).
Children: 2mg per kilo, or 20mg for a 3 year old, 25mg for a 5 year old, 50mg for a 10 year old.
Aged: 1 tablet (125mg)
Maximum adult dose is 750mg (6 tablets)

Cautions:

1. Avoid overdose
2. Not suitable for strong Heat (unless corrected)
3. Heart disease, Hypotension, Bradycardia
4. Not used during Pregnancy

Modifications:

1. Fever, Typhoid Fever, combine with levigated Red Coral and Gypsum Bhasma.
2. Replapse of Typhoid Fever, Sanjivani Vati (125mg), Sacred Bail (Tusli) powder (1500mg), Red Coral (500mg), taken twice daily for 6 weeks.
3. Indigestion, Nausea and Vomiting, combine with Triphala
4. Irritable Bowel Sydrome with predominant Diarrhea, Sanjivani Vati (125mg) with Lashunadi vati (500mg) for 6 weeks. (see research below)
