Lily of the Valley flower

Convallaria majalis

1⁄2 handful ea.

Lavender

Lavendula officinalis

Sage

Salvia officinalis

Stoechas

Lavendula stoechas

2 handfuls ea.

Preparation:

Decoct in 3 lbs. of water down to 1 1⁄2 lbs., and with sufficient Honey, form a Syrup. The herbs should be decocted first, adding the aromatics towards the end.

Function:

Clears Cold-Damp-Phlegm, opens the Orifices of the Brain, moves Qi, benefits the Brain and Memory

Use:

1. Poor or Failing Memory
2. Dull or Poor Mental function
3. poor Cerebral circulation

Dose:

2–4 oz.
