Preparation:
Peel the Garlic, Bruise the herbs. Then boil the Elecampane, Ginger and Licorice in 6 pints of water to 4 pints; when almost boiled sufficiently, add the Garlic and Aniseed; boil for a further 10 minutes, and sit 10 minutes. Strain, add the Sugar, and boil to the right consistency.
Function:
Clears Cold-Phlegm, relieves Cough and Wheezing
Use:
1. Cold-type Asthma
2. Cold-Phlegm type Cough
3. Difficulty breathing from excess Cold Phlegm
4. Chest Oppression
Dose:
1 spoonful as often as needed, and before bed.
