Mastic

Pistacia lentiscus

Turbith

Operculina turpethum

1 dram ea.

Scammony prepared

Convovulus scammonia

1⁄2 dram

Preparation:

Powder and form pills.

Function:

Clears Heat and Phlegm, Benefits Sights

Use:

1. Stomach pain
2. Headache
3. Strengthens the eyes

Dose:

half dram at bedtime

Cautions:

1. Not used in cold and weakness
2. Not used in Pregnancy
