Marjoram Oreganum marjorana
Betony Betonica officinalis 1 pugil ea.
Rosemary flowers Rosmarinus officinalis 3 scruples ea.
Lavender flowers Lavendula officinalis
Aniseed Pimpinella anisum 4 scruples ea.
Fennel seed Foeniculum vulgare 2 drams
Peony root Paeonia officinalis 2 scruples
Hog Fennel Peucedanum officinale 1⁄2 dram
Squill Scilla maritima 1 scruple
Clove Eugenia caryophyllus
Cinnamon Cinnamonum zeylanicum
Aloeswood Aquillaria agallocha

Preparation:

Infuse in Spiritum Vitae (ie. Brandy, or 40–60% alcohol), enough to cover by 4 finger- breadths.

Function:

Regulates Qi, settles Wind, benefits the Brain and Nerves

Use:

1. Vertigo
2. Dizziness
3. may be useful for Meniere’s Disease and Tinnitus

Dose:

1⁄2–1 dram
