** Some sources list Andrographis or Swertia in place of Shilajit. Shilajit is better for Inflammation and deficiency, Andrographis or Swertia if there is excess Heat.
Preparation:
Decoction; the herbs are coarsely powdered to be decocted when needed.
It can also be used in Pills or Powder

Dose:
Prepare a standard decoction with 1 tablespoon of coarse powder, to be taken in 2 doses during the day.

Modifications:
1. Some sources have listed Swertia or Andrographis in place of Shilajit.
