* Skin is to be peeled off
** Some sources list Andrographis or Swertia in place of Shilajit. Shilajit is better for Inflammation and deficiency, Andrographis or Swertia if there is excess Heat.

Preparation:

Decoction; the herbs are coarsely powdered to be decocted when needed.
It can also be used in Pills or Powder

Function:

Clears Damp, Relieves Pain, benefits Joints

Use:

Swelling, redness and pain in the joints
“This medicine is especially good to reduces inflammation of the joints and cure heat of the Kidneys”
