Preparation:

Powder and form Troches with Wine

Function:

Moves the Blood and Qi, regulates the Heart

Use:

1. Palpitations
2. Heart Tremors (Arrhythmias) associated with Heat

Dose:

1 scruple–1⁄2 dram

Cautions:

None noted

Modifications:

This cannot be made today due to the large amount of Musk. However, synthetic Musk or a musk substitute could be used.
